    Wheel paint

Does anyone know the correct color on the old 5 spoke Halibrand mags? It's some kinda siler or gray. I'm getting 4 and they have been glass beaded and are in real nice shape.

It was called Argent. You can find it in rattle cans.

Argent silver is what Corvette rallye wheels are painted.
I think you need a darker grey on the Halibrands
    not the best picture..

They used to stock a larger variety of colors, but here's one source; Color Wheel Paint - Wheel Painting - Automotive Wheel Paints - Paint Wheels - Eastwood

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Thanks, think I'm going with the darker gray. Wheels in the pic look good.
