Tire help
I bought a set of 5 spoke Rocket wheels for my 51 Dodge. The rear has 215/65/15 Tiger paws on them, 7 in wheel. With this 70 Camaro rear end, I have about 3/4 of a inch clearance at the fender lip. These tires are 26in, so I was planning on putting 235/75, 29 in tall on there. Does anyone know how much difference there would be in section width? I hate to take new tires off, but I have a 3.42 gear, and these don't look right anyway on the rear.

According to my Diamondback Catalog, your 215/65/15 tires have a 8.7" section width. The 235/75/15 have a 9.1" section width.

Thanks, I didn't have any luck finding it. Those should work with a little bit of massaging.
