    How do I.....

How do I get my engine to not drop 200-250rpm when put into gear?

    Higher stall torque conveter?
    had a rebuilt 355SB chevy
    it lasted 42,000km
    Got another rebuilt 355SB
    it lasted 62km.
I still have not had a powerful engine.

    I have a TH350.

I have a RV cam. 270 advertised. But only 204*@.050

going by the adv. duration. A 2400 stall is what I should have.

But going by the 0.050" duration. A 2000 stall would be best.

I'm going to a Big block later.

It's really 1800? I thought they were somewhere around 1000. I guess it's time for me to get a tach.
