Walked into a new tool truck today

I walked into a new tool truck today and amazed.I deal with a Mac and Matco tool dealer at work, both good dealers.Had a Snap On dealer,he was a prick and boss told him hit the road 2 years ago.Plus he would not warranty broken tools with the not purchased from me excuse, did it with me handing him a friend of mine's broken ratchet. My boss decided to try a Cornwell dealer come in,came in today for the first time and I like the dealer treating me right.Ordered a new service cart and bought a heavy duty pick set.My co workers even like him and my boss said he is a keeper to come by.

It doesn't make any sense to me why some of these guys are that way. The only person it's hurting is them. I have a great Snap-on guy and matco guy. I lost the best Cornwell and Mac guy when I switched jobs nearly 10 years ago.
