Oh, about the inquiry of free on the lift delivery and installation, I'm not expecting free. But I've got an offer from a friend to help assemble it, so maybe I'll check back see if it can be drop shipped..

When I purchased mine, I had to pick it up at the fedex freight terminal. You could do the same and then get a u haul truck and pick it up in it. You can move a 2 post hoist around with a cherry picker if you need to as well.Ryan

I don't trust my concrete pad to hold a two post.
I Definitely want a four post.
Hmmm. I'll need to fabricate some contrivance to be able to use the lift for the lawn mower. That will be a great convenience for me, as I tear my mower up quite often. I need to play nicer with my toys..

Holy chrome, what's next?
I'm thinking there is rot around the bottom of the windshield. I have a friend in town who can probably pull it for me. There's a lot of mud on the passenger quarter. It needs to be stripped. The rear air dam (wrong word?) Is dented in, would be easy repair if removed. There's finish welding on the rear quarters but that needs a lift. And I didn't get one yet, and didn't get into town to discuss renting theirs, yadda yadda.
What do I do next?.

Breathe! Don't forget to breathe!
I was thinking that you've made great progress. Still some finishing work to do but that just means more time to be spent on the details.
Make a list and tackle each job to completion.. simple right?!?

List? Dear me, if I made lists of everything that needs done around here it would terrify me. I'd end up jumping on the chief and running for the hills.
Reminds me, I need to put a new master link on the chief- and a nice relaxing putt sounds good..

Dents, the steaming turd is covered with dents.
No one chimed in on their favorite stud welder, so I value shopped ebay, and it's been waiting for me at the end of my work bench.
I gave it a whirl,so to speak. No pictures, but it works great. I figured out that the slide hammer grips the pins better if I score them using the cutters on my linesmans pliers..

A "skip" = a dumpster.... but he says it's proper english??? Oh.. Okay. Most of us can see the dating site pun, "matching" with an arsonist.. But a "SKIP? How is that a box? It must all be...
