My son's new girlfriend is a certified Union Pipeline Welder, and runs a fab shop for a big local contractor. I hope he hangs on to this one, my bones and joints and muscles don't like getting down, up again, or twisting into odd positions anymore. Besides that, I strike an arc so seldom anymore that I could use the experienced help from time to time.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Honestly, I don't know; I'll ask her on Thursday. She has only been "on scene" for a few weeks, and since he works nights and she works days, we haven't seen much of her, and I'm not the most inquisitive of fellers, either, but she'll be here for dinner on turkey day, so I may get a bit more acquainted.
