chevy s10 v8 conversion
This Saturday I'm finally going to shove a v8 in my '82 S10. I'm using a th350 tranny, and I've got the mounts and headers for the swap. Is there anyone who has any advice/suggestions about actually getting the engine to fit. I've heard from everybody that the stock tranny mount and driveshaft will work, and that I might have to beat the hell out of the firewall to make room for the distributor. Is there anything else I'm forgetting??? I'm asking because the unexpected should be expected and I want to be ready for it. Thanks a lot.

njad61,
JTR Publishing at www.JagsThatRun.com sell a v8 conversion manual that is excellent. It give details illustrations and tells you what will and won't work. You might check them out.
