help- old separate power brake booster

I have a 32 3 window coupe and my brakes were installed by a PO. The car has 4 wheel disc brakes and the brake pedal attaches to a 1961 ford falcon single master cylinder. The brake line goes from the MC to this booster with one line in and on line out. This booster is attached to vacuum from the engine.
Can someone tell me what this came out of?
    Thanks in advance, dennis

Hello welcome to the forum hope you enjoy and learn as I have here with that said I can tell you that is a midland ross booster was uses on 56 through about 60 ford and many other uses I used one on my 32 when I upgraded it in 1974 went to a corvette irs and corvair ifs and and what they call a fruit jar lid m/c from like a mid 60's mustang and it worked pretty good ( but my choice of suspension sucked ) so in about 84 changed it to xke but kept the brake sys that was the sys jerry kugel recommended but now I have the car down for a complete redoo and am changing to the married m/c booster after market corvette duel sys which I think offers much more fail safe insurance hope this helps you some if I can git it back together before I die. Hey Dennis,
Welcome to the forum! Glad you're here, and glad that you got a quick answer from someone that knew the details from past experience. I'd agree that swapping out to a dual master and re-plumbing the system to isolate fronts & rears would be a top priority from a safety consideration.

Thanks to you all and just to say I am glad to be here on this forum. I am going to change to a duel MC for safety. I will post some pics for you.
