    HELP!! door problems

     



    replacing wood frame in 35 chevy for metal one. having major problems aligning doors. using original hinges, possible to adjust? should i tack doors to body then build frame?

    What kind of hinges or how is it not eligning and all? Any pictures because if the doors need to go out some or something then there are plates you can buy and if not then fabricate some of your own. I don't know how the hinges on the 35's look so I would need to see a pic.

    How are you planning on shaping the metal parts exactly the same as the wood?

    That is probably the problem, things aren't the same, so they aren't going to line up the same.
