    Question Does anyone know ?

I going to 17 inch tires from 15 inch. Does anyone know the link for converting speedo reading ? (Streets must have it somewhere .)

Also is there a place that I can buy a speedo driver gear to make the speedo read right ?
    Thanks

You need to know the actual physical size of the tires you are going to put on. I get asked this alot in my daily "regular job" and the fact that you are going from a 15 inch rim to a 17 inch rim means nothing unless you have the dimensions of the tire/wheel all mounted and ready to install. You may not even need to adjust your speedo calibration if the dia./ circumference is right.

    Speedo Calibrato

Go here www.virtualengine2000.com/Calculator.htm and download the free Dyno. Put in a few numbers such as rear gear ratio, diameter of tire, and will help you get correct speed if you have tach in your Rod. You could also spring for a digital or electronic speedo and never have the problem again.

    OK

Maybe I didn't understand the question, if I'm wrong it's not the first time. I've got a Dakota digital in my truck and I can adjust speedo for any combo of wheels and tires. Just press a button, drive a mile, and like magic my speedo is calibrated. As for the rest, I'll save my fingers.
