Bed frame is interesting stuff to work with. Most of it seems hardened, but not uniformly so.

I have a set of TiNi DeWalt bits which are "stepped": that is they have a small starter point, then are flat like an end mill. They seem to do a decent job drilling the stuff.

I agree bed frames are quite odd in that some areas seem super hardened and other areas aren't.

That is a rather large tank. Is it a 110-120 gal tank?
