Hopefully they will offer a Z06 or something with mo powa! Under $60k sounds appealing but to me it looks more like a super car instead of a Corvette. I bet the mid engine change sure helped performance. Working on it should be really fun though.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I don't get the punchline unless it's a diesel reference.

I imagine everything but very basic stuff will require dropping the engine/trans out the bottom. Wouldn't surprise me if everything was mounted on a sub frame for that purpose.

It looks pretty awesome to me , but has a pretty low HP number considering that Dodge is cranking 800 on the Hellcat. Can you imaging that kind of horsepower that you can hook to the ground? I suspect that it will steadily increase to keep attracting new sales.

Saw a headline on the news feed last night that nearly the whole scheduled production run for the first year is sold out. Now, many, if not most, are purchased by dealers who will probably side sticker the daylights out of them, but...………….……………………..

This is exactly what I was thinking. It doesn't sound like a Z06 or Z51 will be here for a couple of years. It looks like the 495hp is the only hp level currently. It does mimic a Lambo with the roof off.

Here's another unveiling of one too.
