Can you "modify" the part you have? Maybe a little twist... or check with Napa or the like, you use to find those parts piece at a time, so you could possibly pick out the right ( correct) piece.

I pulled the brake drum off another same size Dodge truck and saw the correct arm
all good now

I don't know everything about anything, and I don't know anything about lots of things.

'64 A.C. Cobra replica. Ford 429, C6 auto, Torana ifs, Jaguar irs.
The first model car I built was a 32 Ford roadster by Revell in the mid 50's.
