Dana 70 brake question
not quite a hot rod-
I'm helping a pal with his brakes on his 1991 Dodge W350 4x4 firewood dump truck
The self adjusting arm turns the brake adjuster when you back up and slam on the brakes
my question
on that spring loaded arm there is a bent part that contacts the adjuster wheel
working on the Left side
New bag of parts marked L but the indent part seems to be on the wrong side to make the adjuster work
and the one marked R seems to be correct
any idea
thanks
Hank

Can you "modify" the part you have? Maybe a little twist... or check with Napa or the like, you use to find those parts piece at a time, so you could possibly pick out the right ( correct) piece.

A skip is a huge crate with chains on it at all four corners, the only way I know to shift it is to hire a Hiab. A Hiab is a small crane mounted at either end of a truck's tray...some pick up at...
