Peerless Pulsar 465 Ignition Analyzer
Hi all,
I was gifted a Pulsar 465 ignition analyzer and would like to give it a try on an SBC 350. Unfortunately, the analyzer doesn't have any instructions, and I haven't been able to figure out how it works - although I've unsuccessfully tried a few things I've checked all over the interweb and haven't been able to find a manual. I'm wondering if anyone out there has an instruction manual, and/or is familiar enough with it to get me started?
Thanks in advance,
DG

If google or your choice of browsers hasn't produced any results.. you might be up the proverbial creek without a propulsion system..
But how about some pictures? Both front and back showing the leads.. just maybe it is similar to something else we've run???
And I agree welcome aboard!

Looks like a typical tach/dwell/volt meter. Basic hook up would be the smaller alligator clips, red to batt +, black to batt -. Larger alligator clip to coil - and the large open center clip over the #1 spark plug lead.
You just missed a manual and device on ebay by a couple months, but if you're bold enough you could write the seller a question, find out if he'll put you in touch with the buyer, and ask if that guy will send you pic/copy of the manual. Long shot, but nothing good comes without effort. https://www.ebay.com/itm/38539400579...p2047675.l2557Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Thanks for the replies, folks. I'll try to take a couple of photos of the leads and the unit, and maybe someone can provide further help.
Uncle Bob, I've chased down several ebay and craigslist posters, trying to find someone who had and would send a copy of the instructions, but so far, no luck. I won't give up on it
