    Flip ups don't work

Hey guys, I have a problem. My 66 Charger flip up lights don't work so I'm calling on you to tell me how to either fix them or get them to open manually.

Someone told me they probably function via a vacuum set up. Does this sound right? If so, where and how do I start to remedy this problem?

    Thank you all.

There should be a knob behind the grill or bumper to crank them open by hand.........

Thanks. Does it look like a screw head?

And thank you too, Streets, I'll check for the broken hose.

Can't say for sure the ones I've seen had a knob so you could open it by hand with no tools if you had to
