Radiator help
I just bought a new radiator to go in a 39 Chevy but the frame that was around the old one is so bad I can't use it. Is there some where I can buy one or get dimension's to make one.

Tech, first time to build a car for me thought there may be something special about the frame.

hartside On my 37 chevy truck, I had the origional frame and radiator and just replaced it with a new walker that came with its own frame. For some reason the new frame wouldn'f fit right so I used the old one to sketch a new one since the origional frame had just about rusted out. Worked great.Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
