    chevy 383 350 pistons

     



    could some one tell me if there is a difference with a flat top piston 0.30 over and a 0.30 over flat top 383 chevy piston.any help would be great.thanks

    thanks everyone for the awsome info.i recently picked up a 400 crank that allredy has been cut the mains are standard and the rods are 0.10 the block i have has all the machining done to it came with 0.30 over flat top pistons.but if the flat tops that i have now with a 5.7 rod will not work with the 400 crank.i rather find out now before i put it together.or how i could tell if thay will work.thanks again for the help on this project.
