You guys must have spoiled me.

You Guys Must Of Spoiled Me!!!
Went to a Body shop to see if they could tell me where they got some of there harder to find parts from. After telling the guy what I was trying to do,he told me of some good places to try which one place did pan out, to be good. But before I could get out the door, he told me that he had a car in the back that would make me drool.Well he took me my wife and son back for a look. Well this guy had chevy nova in the back,he said it was a 64. It was striped down engine/trany/ doors/ hoods/wheels and interior. they had sprayed the door frames, engine compartment, dash, basicaly the body had been sprayed. All done in candy apple red with some metal flake in the paint. Now supposedly this is going to be a show car. The paint was top notch, and who ever sprayed the car did a good job. The paint was very sharp, { BUT } and this is a big but. the steering column was still in the car. The top half was sprayed the bottom not. All the wirring was still in the car all had been sprayed a long with a/c vents that were not removed. Bolts and washers had all been sprayed instead of being removed. I thought to my self, this is supposed to be a show car. Not in any of the shows I've seen in Vegas growing up. When we were leaving and getting in to our car my son looked at me and said did you see the steering column,I said yes. He then said what about the bolts and other stuff.I said yes I'm sure I had seen the same things you saw. My son is 15 and has only had auto shop for one year and it was not body shop. Now if My son could pick up on these Inperfections, Don't these guys think the Judges will catch them to. These Guys won't be painting any of my cars any time soom. And may be there is still some hope for boot lace but, Oh I mean my son, that's my nick name for him when he gets me mad. He did ask me one time why I called him that, when I got mad at him. And I told him Its because I'm gonna stick my boot so far up his butt the only thing any one will be able to see is the laces. Its funny no matter how much you love your kids, after they do some thing stuiped like leave your 3/4in drive Craftman set laying in the drive when they come in, for some one to steel. by the way which some one did.[ the tools got stoled] How we can think of all those cute little nick names HE! HE! But after the body shop there may still be some hope for him. But then again maybe we are just to picky, what do you think?
