Do they make disk kits for....
Does anyone know where I can get a kit to convert my front end on the 49 ply over to disk? or at least updated from the mechanical brakes it has? Or can I just replace the rotor?1949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.

Thanks Guys, and Viking I did search Google, its my best friend, Only I found every kit for a 50's chevy but nothing for the P18. Guess I need to work on refining my search criteria a little.1949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.

These guys make a great kit for old Plymouths (including '49) and are very helpful. The website is kinda cheesy, but there's a phone #, and they'll sell you everything from a basic bracket kit to the whole shebang, with everything you need, brand new. Check 'em out!No, if you were me, you'd do it just like I did.
