Help I need to find a power brake conversion kit for my 53 Ford Vicy. Also need info on a diskbrake conversion and elect. wiper conversion. I have a 302 in my 53 but when i hook the temp. gauge up to the temp. sensior it reverses and goes from hot to cold . Does anyone have any suggestions? thxs

try dropnstop in calif. they make disc brakes for old fords 50s and up. they have power brake stuff.wiper conversion try macs auto.com get their full size ford parts catalog get any 12v wiper motor wiring and switches and it should fit fairly well. just cut wires and hook up to your switch and wipe away. you can get parts for t-birds 55-57 but they wll be expensive to fit also $300.00 or so. it sounds to me the guage is bad. try a new one or reverse the wires. also try mpbrakes.com they have everything for old stuff. good stuff good prices located in mooresvill nc they advertise in street rodder magazne.
