One piece side windows
Need info on installing one piece side windows on 54F100. Who has done the mod and your recommendation. We really want to attempt using junk yard parts.

I would take this to mean you are deleting the vent window??? I have done it a number of times, best way is to save the track that the window channel attaches to from the back side of the vent window frame. Cut it down to fit the door so that both front and rear channels are parallel and vertical. Install the power widow regulator channel in the center of the opening and attach it to the inner door panel securely. Make a template for the window out of 1/8" plywood, install it and check for ease of operation and no binding, take the pattern to your local glass shop and have the glass cut. Install your new window.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
