Well for the subs you need to call Kicker and ask them how much clearance for the subs. Also yes magnet up. Since you have a convertable sound will travel OUT more of course so you will wan't to make all the speakers facing you and the passenger as much as possible. You will need to buy the subs first and them measure the square diameter on them and then make a square thing to mount the sub on and then put inside the box in the middle consol over the tranny tunnel.
