Polygraphite Suspension components
I want to order my suspension kits this morning from P S T . This kit is suppose to tighten up the suspension and make it handle better and Im sure it will. HOWEVER, I have been told by several people that they SQUEEK. I had rather have the stock bushings than to have a darn noise in the front end .QUESTION??? Do any of You have any first hand experience with this matter? I really wanted to use the poly kit out back to tighten up the rear But the only noise I want to hear is motor and good exhaust. Thanks for any help You can give me.

John, I think the colors are just there for aesthetics to match the color of the bushings to your color theme on the vehicle. I really wanted black but they would have to be special ordered, so I bought the silly lookin' red ones because they were in stock.
Who supplied the bushings for you. Were you maybe ripped off with some cheap offshore pieces?????drive it like ya stole it

Thanks for your input ,guys. I just came in from the garage P S T was closed .I'll ask someone else there tomorrow,as I already asked that question and the first guy says no problem. Mike and I went to Sinclair Impala for parts yesterday .{ A 388 mile round trip to the parts store} He tells me his friend just put a set in a 55 and had a squeaking problem.TECH, these are the polygraphite bushings that P S T sells.Oh Well, the first set proberly lasted 40 years. If I go original and they last 40 more ,I'll be almost .101.Doubt that I'll give a rip by then , YOU THINK?

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
