OK,OK I think that with all the knowledge that you all have and the thousands of posts ive just read i am going to just up grade the ifs that i have on the 49 and go with the motor swap!the clip thing would be cool but at this point and with what ive read its probably not needed.Although what parts could i use from the bone yard as far as a donor car for the spindles and what not?Fat man is pricey and the drum breakes get scary sometimes!

Years ago we would cut the old cars frame and section it to the F-body sub-frame . Back then it work real good and was cheap . But we also did not have all the high Tec stuff like now . But all this new stuff co$t .

all i really want is disc brakes up front and i dont know s#!^ about what i can use off of a donor and even what donor to use.the work i can do,but im a little leary of the sub stub thing and dont want to f it up and i dont have the cash they want around here to pay some one!my uncles car has a sub in it and the passanger wheel is in about two inches and the driver is out two inches.?so it cant be right and the sad part is i dont have the heart to tell him and he dont even notice it,not shure wich is worse?!!!!
