New Aldan eagle shocks installed
Well I got my new shocks today... after talking with aldan they thought just going with a longer shock would be best.. stick with the 220# springs... when I got them today I noticed I had 250# springs on the new shocks.. so I called them talked to the guy I was dealing with and he had me hold on for his boss.. his boss said after he talked with the other guy that he thought I needed a heavier spring.. he said he wanted me to install them as they came to me and let the car preload them... then in needed adust them .5 an inch or so any more than that and I would need to change my spring rate and he wanted them to drop about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches with the weight of the car.. and they do just that 1 1/2 inch drop puting my car right where I want it... with 3.5" of compression and 1.5 of extension... here are pics of the new and the old....

Big differance, it should ride much smoother, and not bottom out, bending the studs.
The new bride should like enjoy the ride on her wedding night.
