Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I just replaced the rear shocks on my 53 F100 [pretty low, I had removed several leafs and lost travel] with some Monroe Gas Magnum 555003 that are 9 3/4" to 14 3/4". they are 5/8" loop [eye] mounted at each end. My at rest measurement was 12 1/2". I was not wanting to buy Monroes but they were the only ones that seemed to have the travel I thought I needed. I am a big fan of KYB Gas Adjust shocks, but their chart showed nothing close with the mounting needed. After taking the truck for a drive I am very satisfied. These were about $25 per shock at Oreillys.
