Independant Rear suspensions have been with us since the very early 60's, don't no how much more "Traditional" you need to be. Jag came out with there's in 61 with the XKE, vette in 63. Hot Rods starting using them shortly there after and they have been with us ever since.

The Vette today is a pretty good choice, ride is very good. They use common gear sets and parts will always be around. Today with C-4 Corvettes going at very resonable prices it is even a good choice price wise.

Maybe a little different install than the regular 9" or one of the commonly used 10 or 12 bolts, but they look good and work even better. Go for it!

Protected people will never know or understand the intensity life can be lived at. To do that you must complettly and totally understand the meaning of the word "DUCK"
