I have a 1931 ford vicky. Does anyone think the time and effort using a 2003-2004 svt cobra independant rear suspension is a good idea? Alan

using the whole package suspension and brakes is a super idea---but don't change any geometry----you might have to change springs for better ride

Had a junk yard down here in florida that was gonna sell me the whole set up for about $1200 then I talked to a friend at Ford. They would be alright for you as long as your not leaving the line real hard. But guys that were trying to drag race them at the track were breaking them left and right. So it's not a good choice for someone thats gonna be getting on it real hard off the line.
