Hey all. Ive got a 74 nova and am replacing the leaf springs. I was woundering if im suppost to put the leaf springs over the axle, or under the axle. The ones i took off were under the axle, but the rear end was sagging. Yeah, i know im newb :P. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

under, they are the only thing that holds the rear end up, the 1's you removed were just worn out.

    Matt,

Uou are a good lad, and Yes you are right on a Nova they should go under. But,............ There many Pickups in the real world where the rear end mounts under the leaf springs. Check it out sometime.
