    Front end alignment

I just installed a new mustang manual rack and pinion on my 34 Dodge Coupe. Is there an easy way to align the front tires and set the tie rod ends close to specs? I don't have a lot of expensive equipment to work with. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Theres no expensive equipment needed for setting toe in. Just measure between the front of the tires and then between the back of the tires. I usta' have a aluminum bar with a "slider" ruler on one end. I'd measure inside the tires as close to front center then rear center of the tire to find the toe in measurment. You could do the same with a tape measure by measuring from a row of tread front of the tires then the back. Or put a stright edge against tires and measure front and back. It's been maaaany years but I think toe in is usually 0 to 1/2" toe in. If my memory iz' fuzzy sumbudie' will correct me.
