Transmission I.D.
I have a 1955 Ford Crown Vic w/a 1957 292 Block and 1957 312 Heads. I cannot figure out what transmission I have. It has a 14 bolt pan. I ordered a pan gasket and was told it was a short trans. numbers are: plate on side of trans. which has been scrubbed clean except for 94819 stamped in it. Casting has WG DIV, 50-1. Tail has WG DIV 3H-7. On top of torque converter housing is PAR 7975. Any ideas? JDH
