    700r4

     



    Got a problem with my 700r4 it came out of 89 caprice classic I put it in my late brother inlaws 57 and now it seems to short shift like 4 gear by 30mph it worked fine for a wile then started to act up.It works good when it is cold.

    shorten the TV cable a little and see if thats helps. you probably didnt have it tight enough and now you have burnt the clutches. what kind of cable do you have?is there an adj. on it?

    Not for sure if the cable is ajustable or not will check today thanks.
