    Unhappy leaking tranny

i have a th350 tranny that is making me nuts!!.., it spits tranny
fluid when parked, overnite or for a few hours
it seems to be originating fron where the linkage goes into the tranny casing, just above the speedo cable, is there a seal on the shaft that could have failed? it only leaks an once or two,but the
puddle it leaves is about 6 inches, only goes thru a half quart
    of fluid per summer
    any thoughts on this guys?

there is a seal around the shift leaver thats leaks sometimes. you will have to drop the pan to replace it.

it could be the seals were the shift lever come out. if the speedo grear wear out and it will leak to. but it may be the govern cover may be it to so if not that the dipstick o ring or the tail shaft seal and if over filled it will blow it out of the vent tube on top of the trans some time. drive shaft yoke needs to have a plug in it will leak out of the tail shaft
