Stall
looking to get a stall coverter for the camaro. so many choices. B&M says hole shot 2400 TIC says use there break away , what about the lower cost converters like jegs and summit have there own? the application is 83 camaro 342 gears 350 turbo crane cam 218@.050 274 adv. 450 lift 106ls they recomend 2500+ stall cruise rpm 2600 to 3000 rpm. the cars not used for racing only cruising and an occasional burn out it may see a 1000 miles a year. what im saying is do i really need to spend the big bucks/ or not?GLENN

I haven't tried the Jeg's brand, but I had a friend that did and he said he had no complaints...

Jegs probably doesn't make their own, and have somebody else do it for them. Whenever I buy a PAW cam, it comes with a Crane timing card, so guess who's cam that is?
For the limited usage and application you have, you should be fine with the house brand.

Jegs has a a in houise 10" 27 to 3000 do you think this would be okGLENN

Talk to one of the tech guys at Jegs and tell him your application. 2400 - 2600 stall seems about right.Jack
