Whats a turbo 350 core worth?

I had an old TH350 taking up space and was going to take it to the recyclers, but instead I threw it on craigslist for the hell of it, asking $50. Sold it immediately and my phone and email has been ringing off the hook. Should I have asked more?

Out this way a "core" (in other words an unproven trans sitting on the floor) goes for $80-100

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

No, it sold, so you did good. You could have put a higher price on it and maybe got no response. Sometimes making a sale is worth chopping a few bucks off the price.

My take is that you got rid of it for about a half tank of CT gas plus opened up ~2 square feet of room that you could use for another treasure you might eventually use
