    identify a 700R4

Hi. I have a transmission, which I am told is a 700R4 from an 89 pontiac Parisian. Currently trying to sell it, and was told it 'may' be a 200.

Can someone tell me an 'ironclad' method of identifying if this is indeed a 700R4?

    Thanks

    EG

    .
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Try comparing it to the ones on these charts. You should be able to ID it from these.
