FE scattershield clutch fork
Just picked up a bellhousing and it did not come with a fork. Will a stock fork work or does it take a special Lakewood one? Is the pivot for the fork a special part also? I am putting this behind a 428.1964 Galaxie 428

It should work. I have a Lakewood and everyone tells me A stock fork
will work in my 57 chev..The pivot ball should also work..You can buy
adjustable Pivot ball also....Make sure your linkage is set up correctly.

Hi Fordz,
The Lakewood bellhousing can use a stock fork as long as it's the correct one for your application. You will need to countersing the back side of the bellhousing for the flat-head screws needed to attach the Ford fork pivot.
If you need any of the parts I have all of them in stock.
What tranny are you going to use? If you have any questions feel free to call me at work 508 875 0016.Mike Forte

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
