torque converter, reuse or new
Should I buy a new torque converter or use the one that came with the scrapyard transmission I just acquired?

I would like to see what is in the oil pan before I made that call, and how clean trans fluid is. If no metal in pan and fluid is clean and not burnt and it will fit your application why not?Last edited by sg4356; 12-04-2009 at 07:31 AM.
