A good 700R4 ref link
Just got this and bookmarked it.One thing I found towards the bottom was a choice of gear ratios to solve the drop of rpms from first to second.Plenty of diagrams and the outside dimensions which could be helpful.A long read,but a good one.Take a peek:

Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
