I have a Jeep with an S-10 sourced 700R4 - a V6 torque converter no doubt. I have no idea on year...of course i forgot to write down teh nice big gm partnumber on the converter when i had the engine out...

I have a torque converter from an 84 camaro for a 700R4 that leaked and started slipping, so i assume the converter is good, and it 'matches' the 305 i took from the camaro and put in the Jeep.

Anyone have any specs on GM 700R4 converters? Stall speed, diameter, etc?

Since it seems to run OK, but i just wondering if ther eis any benefit to swapping converters?
