He's not bald, he cuts it that way to improve aerodynamics. Probably adds 10 mph top end!.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Well,we desided the bucket needed a car cover for rain,so I looked into the cost of waterproof cloth,found out it's pretty high cost and if we got a car cover already made for a small car [was about $ 45 from amazon] and just mod by cut and sew it down to fit right,that it would cost less and already have some things like elastice sewed in. I'll bet more than one will be happy to see that.
Here in Colorado springs covers aren't much of an option, the wind will strip it right off the car..

The wind canbe a prob here in Miami Fl. as well,so added tiedown strap and a close fit;
